By accessing or using TryMyJob ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
TryMyJob is a marketplace that connects individuals ("Explorers") who want to try a work experience with professionals ("Hosts") who offer those experiences. TryMyJob facilitates bookings and payments but is not a party to the experience itself.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
All bookings are subject to Host availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (PayPal and Stripe). Refunds are governed by the cancellation policy selected by each Host.
Hosts are responsible for providing accurate listing descriptions, maintaining a safe environment, and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations, including any required licenses, permits, or insurance.
Explorers must follow all safety instructions provided by Hosts, behave respectfully, and acknowledge that certain work experiences carry inherent risks. Explorers participate at their own risk.
TryMyJob acts solely as a platform connecting Hosts and Explorers. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from experiences booked through the Platform. Both Hosts and Explorers agree to hold TryMyJob harmless.
Users may post reviews and content. You retain ownership of your content but grant TryMyJob a license to display it on the Platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
